What we collect
Your Steam ID and display name, in-game activity such as playtime, Shop Points balance, and chat and connection logs used for moderation.
Store orders
Payments are processed by our store provider. We receive an order reference and the Steam ID to deliver perks to — we never see or store your card details.
How we use it
Only to run the server: delivering purchases, enforcing rules, investigating cheating reports, and answering support tickets.
Retention and sharing
Moderation logs are kept while they remain relevant to enforcement. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.
Your choices
Ask us to remove your data by opening a ticket in our Discord at https://discord.gg/ember-rust. Removal may end access to purchased perks.
